A Classic Twist

While I may love a great trend as much as the next girl, at heart, I'm a total sucker for classic combinations. The clean lines and crisp appearance that a black and white ensemble produces is always a chic go-to. Not to mention the instant drama the contrasting combo brings to pretty much everything... My love affair with black and white goes way back, particularly when it comes to decorating, but if I've learned one thing from Pinterest, it's to always go with white, white, and more white. No more black shelves, tables, chairs, etc. I've learned my lesson... start with white. Like I did here with my LC Lauren Conrad jeans. As a blonde, I tend to shy away from wearing too much pink in fear of looking like a complete cliche. But when I do incorporate the bold color into a look (and lets face it, it's sorta hard not to) it's usually to make a pop against an otherwise colorless look.
